小型銅佛像貼金工藝

1、在貼金之前，需要對佛像表面進(jìn)行處理，保證其干燥、無(wú)塵，沒(méi)有油污及油臘成分。佛像表面如果有小洞，或凹凸不平的縫隙，就要蓋上一層填隔底漆。

1. Before gilding, the surface of the Buddha needs to be treated to ensure that it is dry, dust-free, and free of oil and wax. If there are small holes or uneven gaps on the surface of the Buddha, a layer of filler primer should be covered.

2、等到底漆干燥后，再用較細的砂紙將表面輕輕打磨至光滑，同時(shí)在佛像表面反復噴涂添加高強度黏合劑、滲透劑的封閉底膠，以確保在相當長(cháng)的一段時(shí)間內不會(huì )出現銅銹或其他銹蝕物。

2. After the primer is dry, polish the surface gently with fine sandpaper until it is smooth. At the same time, spray the sealing primer with high-strength adhesive and penetrant on the surface of the Buddha repeatedly to ensure that there will be no copper rust or other rust for a long time.

3、把膠水均勻涂抹在佛像上，再將生宣紙貼附在涂過(guò)膠水的表面，使宣紙充分接觸并吸收膠水，然后用鑷子將宣紙揭去，更換新的一張。如此反復3至4遍，直至膠水只剩下非常輕薄的一層，貼金便可以正式開(kāi)始了。

3. Apply the glue evenly on the Buddha image, and then attach the raw rice paper to the surface coated with the glue, so that the rice paper can fully contact and absorb the glue, and then use tweezers to remove the rice paper and replace it with a new one. Repeat this for 3 to 4 times until only a very thin layer of glue is left, and then the gilding can officially start.

4、用鑷子把輕輕夾起，粘在佛像表面后，用嘴輕輕吹一下，使其平展。

4. Gently clamp it with tweezers, stick it on the surface of the Buddha, and gently blow it with your mouth to make it flat.

5、粘貼的時(shí)候，一般有2個(gè)人分工，一個(gè)人貼，一個(gè)人同時(shí)用質(zhì)地柔軟的純棉布包裹棉花輕輕拍打已經(jīng)貼上去的，使其充分服帖。全部的貼金、補金大約要經(jīng)過(guò)2至3層的工序后，才能確保貼金表層飽滿(mǎn)、平直，不露底，表面無(wú)飛金。

5. When pasting, there are usually two people, one is pasting, and the other is wrapping the cotton with soft cotton cloth and gently tapping the pasted cotton to make it fully compliant. All the gilding and replenishment should go through 2 to 3 layers of process to ensure that the gilding surface is full, straight, without exposing the bottom, and without flying gold on the surface.
